Opening hours, sport, sound, bookings and kids: the questions we get asked most at Scallywags Bar & Grill in Da Nang.
What are your opening hours?
8am to midnight, seven days a week. Breakfast is served from 8am to 11:45am. We open at 7am on Mondays for NFL Sunday Night Football and for the late NBA and NHL playoffs, and at 6am for the Super Bowl. If a match starts at 11:30pm, we stay open to the end.
Where are you?
97 Ngô Thì Sĩ, Ngũ Hành Sơn Ward, Da Nang, in the An Thượng area, a short walk from My Khe Beach. Map and directions.
What sports do you show?
AFL, NRL, Premier League, rugby union, UFC, boxing, F1, MotoGP, cricket, NFL, NBA, NHL and MLB, plus big events like the World Cup and the Olympics. If you want a game that isn't on, ask. We'll do our best to put it on.
Is the sound on?
Yes. The big games are on with sound. When two big games clash, like AFL and NRL, we split the sound.
How many screens do you have?
Eight: a mix of 85-inch and 55-inch screens.
Can I book a table?
We don't take reservations. It's first come, first served. For big games, arrive 30–45 minutes early.
Are kids welcome?
Yes. The indoor area is air-conditioned and non-smoking, and families are welcome.
Can I smoke?
Not inside. Smoking is allowed on the covered outdoor patio.
Is there happy hour?
Monday to Friday, 3–6pm: buy 2 drinks, get 1 free.
What food do you serve?
Western pub food: all-day breakfast, burgers, fish and chips, pie and mash, nachos, wings and Chicago-style tavern pizza. Prices are on our menu page. Full menu with prices.
