Watch NRL & State of Origin in Da Nang

 

Scallywags shows NRL live every round, from March through to the Grand Final in early October, plus every State of Origin game. Expect a bar full of Aussies, Kiwis and converts, with the game on big screens and the beer cold.

 

NRL kick-off times in Vietnam

Vietnam is three hours behind Sydney for most of the season (four in March and October, during Australian daylight saving):

• Thursday and Friday night: about 4:50pm

• Saturday: from noon through to the 4:35pm night game

• Sunday: late morning and early afternoon

• NRL Grand Final: about 3:30pm on the first Sunday of October

 

State of Origin in Da Nang

State of Origin is three Wednesday nights between late May and July. Kick-off is about 5:05pm Vietnam time, so it's an after-work game here. It's one of the busiest nights of the year, so get in early. On ANZAC Day (25 April), the NRL games usually start around 1pm and 4pm Vietnam time.

 

Rugby League World Cup

We're showing the 2026 Rugby League World Cup, including the Kangaroos and the Kiwis. Fixtures in Vietnam time are in our weekly Sports Desk.
